Bushehr's Shrimp Output to Rise

BUSHEHR Shrimp farms in Helleh region of Bushehr province are expected to deliver 350-400 tons of shrimp this year (started March 21), an official of the provincial fisheries department announced here on Saturday. The output would be 50-100 tons higher than that of last year, Hossein Bahmaniari further told IRNA. There are 210 hectares of pools allocated to shrimp farming in the Helleh region.

The industry has created over 750 job opportunities in Helleh in southern province of Bushehr. (IRNA)
